Sorry for my delayed response, I was out of town.
Most of my abayas are custom made by seamstresses.
For that reason, i’m starting a Abaya line because I realize how difficult it is to fine stylish pieces.

I know when I first graduated it was difficult for me to figure out how to wear abayas to interviews, meetings and workshops for young professionals…so here are a few ideas to get you started.
I actually wore a military-style cardigan, abaya cut off with jeans underneath to my first real-job interview! LOL. Please- don’t make that mistake!
Also, keep in mind- when you go to interviews, stick to wearing solid/neutral hijabs, and go easy on the accessories. Hijab is distracting enough, you don’t want your interviewer to get lost in the mix. Keep it simple! If you want more ideas, let me know, I have a few more I can share :)
Hey ladies, so some of you were asking where my abaya is from in my last Outfit idea post (8, 9 & 10) and actually… this was a plain black abaya that was sewn for me, and I decided I didn’t like it much, so i cut off the sleeves and wore a black long-sleeved shirt under from H&M, which is why the sleeves are a bit fitted :)
If you stay tuned- this type of fitted-sleeved abaya is part of my upcoming abaya line (hopefully scheduled to be ready by summer, if all goes well insha’allah)
Love you dolls! xo
This is the dress I’m wearing in “Outfit Idea #4” Check my post to see how i’ve hijabi-fied (if that’s even a word) this dress :)
This image is much more clear, so you can see the actual color of the dress :) and I’ll link it to their site, incase you want to get yourself one of these cute spring dresses from Forever 21. Only $19.80!
